Egg Fritted Opal

The Egg Fritted Opal takes NEOZ's most recognisable silhouette and reworks it in hand-blown opal glass, veined with white glass frit. Suspended through the glass, the frit gives each lamp a soft, mottled character that is unique to it and comes alive when lit. It is the same iconic Egg form, with a warmer, more textured personality.

They share the same silhouette, the same size and the same warm, omnidirectional glow. The difference is the glass. The Egg Original is smooth frosted glass that spreads an even, uniform light. The Egg Fritted Opal is opal glass with white frit worked through it, giving a soft, veined pattern that is different on every lamp and shows across the surface when lit.

Yes. It carries an IP64 rating, meaning it is dust-tight and protected against splashing water from any direction, a higher level of protection than most cordless table lamps. It suits open-air dining, terraces and poolside settings, though like any electrical product it is not intended to be submerged.

It is omnidirectional, casting a soft, warm glow across its whole surface rather than in a single direction, with no hotspot and no visible source. The frit adds a gentle texture to that glow. It comes with a warm white LED at 2600K as standard, and an optional warm candle LED at 1800K for a lower, flame-like tone.

It uses NEOZ's N1 engine, giving up to 17.5 hours of light on high and around 55 hours on low, from a charge of about 3.5 hours, with brightness set by a touch of the base across three levels. It ships with an N1 Charging Base that includes AU, UK, EU and USA wall plugs.

Yes. Every major part is user replaceable, including the battery, light source and glass diffuser, and NEOZ offers repairs and servicing. It works with all NEOZ charging systems, and it is compatible with the Cordless Lamp Lock, which applies to lamps whose serial number begins with L, for example LA1234.
