Online Order Delivery

Our standard delivery timeframe for online orders is 10 to 15 business days from the date of order. Because every lamp is handcrafted to order at our Sydney factory, this timeline reflects both production and delivery combined.

For many regions, we also offer express delivery at checkout, which reduces the timeframe to 5 to 10 business days. Availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Direct & Trade Order Delivery

For direct and trade orders, we aim to dispatch within 10 to 15 business days of payment. The time from dispatch to delivery will depend on your location and chosen freight method. Larger and multi-unit orders receive the same meticulous attention as every NEOZ order, ensuring each lamp meets our rigorous quality standards before dispatch.

Local Collection

For direct and trade customers located in the Sydney region, we offer local collection from our Head Office and Factory in Terrey Hills, Sydney. Your order will be handcrafted and prepared with the same care as any other NEOZ order, and our team will be in touch as soon as it is ready to collect.

To arrange local collection, simply let your NEOZ sales contact know when placing your order. Our team will confirm collection details with you directly.

Bespoke & Custom Order Delivery

For bespoke or custom-designed pieces, delivery timelines are communicated during the design process and tailored to the complexity and specifications of your order. Your dedicated NEOZ contact will keep you informed at every stage, from concept and prototyping through to final dispatch.

Shipping Worldwide

NEOZ offers international shipping to more than 100 countries. All orders are dispatched from our Head Office and Factory in Terrey Hills, Sydney, and handled by our in-house shipping team.

Before placing an international order, we encourage customers to research local import duties and taxes, and to confirm whether any specialised certifications are required to import NEOZ products into your region. To verify delivery to your location, please contact our sales team at sales@neoz.com.au who will be happy to assist.

Taxes & Duties

Online orders placed via neoz.com for delivery to Australia, the United Kingdom, or France include all duties and taxes within the sale price. No additional charges will be payable at customs for these destinations.

Please note: this inclusion applies only to online orders placed through neoz.com. Direct and trade orders, including those delivered to the United Kingdom or France, do not include duties and taxes in the sale price.

For all other orders and destinations, NEOZ ships on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms as standard. This means local taxes and duties are determined by your country's customs authority and are payable on arrival, separately from the shipping cost.

If you'd prefer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where all local taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost for a seamless arrival, simply let our team know when placing your order.

Please note that our pricing does not include any applicable tariffs, regardless of whether DAP or DDP is selected. Tariffs are determined by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Insurance

All shipments arranged by NEOZ include comprehensive insurance as standard. This ensures your order is protected throughout transit, providing complete peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

If you choose to organise your own freight, including shipments under ex-works or ex-factory terms, the responsibility for arranging insurance rests with you as the purchaser. We strongly recommend securing adequate coverage to safeguard your order against potential risks during transit.
