A low-profile locking plate fixes to the table using the included 3M double-sided acrylic foam tape or screws. The lamp locks in place with a single press and releases with a dedicated key. No tools, no change to the guest experience.

The Lock-Compatible N1 Light Engine fits almost every NEOZ cordless lamp in our range. If your lamps were shipped with a Lock-Compatible N1 engine, the Cordless Lamp Lock will work with them straight away.
Our lamps are modular. The N1 Light Engine inside an existing lamp body can be upgraded to a Lock-Compatible version without replacing the lamp itself. If your current lamps aren't Lock-Compatible yet, our sales team can help you upgrade them.
These lamp ranges use a different light engine system.
Each N1 Light Engine has a unique serial number printed on the underside. If the serial number begins with the letter L, your engine is Lock-Compatible.
The locking plate is moulded from 75% post-consumer recycled polycarbonate - the same material specification used across our newest lamp range, chosen for its strength, dimensional stability, and reduced environmental footprint.
An IP46 rating makes the system suitable for outdoor service environments, from terraces to street-facing bars.
Each locking plate can be installed using the included 3M VHB adhesive tape or fixed mechanically with the supplied screws. Choose the method that suits your venue and surface.

Adhesive installation
The 3M VHB tape is pre-applied. Clean and dry the surface before installation. Press firmly for at least 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for full bond strength before placing a lamp on the plate.
Mechanical installation
Use the supplied screws (three per plate) to fix the locking plate to the surface. Recommended for outdoor environments and permanent installations.

Each N1 Light Engine has a unique serial number printed on the underside of the engine. If the serial number begins with the letter L, your engine is Lock-Compatible and will work with the Cordless Lamp Lock.

The 3M VHB acrylic foam tape supplied with each plate is a high-strength industrial adhesive designed for permanent or semi-permanent fixing to smooth, sealed surfaces.
It can be removed with care if the table is later refurbished, though some residue may remain that requires standard adhesive cleaner. For surfaces where adhesive isn't appropriate, the locking plate can be fixed mechanically using the supplied screws instead.
Yes. The Cordless Lamp Lock has an IP46 ingress protection rating, making it suitable for outdoor use including terraces, patios, and street-facing venues.
For outdoor and high-vibration installations, we recommend the mechanical screw fixing method rather than the adhesive tape, as it provides a more durable hold in environments exposed to temperature variation and moisture.
Each 6-pack includes two release keys to allow for backup and team distribution. Replacement keys are available through our customer support team.
No. The Cordless Lamp Lock attaches to the base of the lamp and does not affect the N1 charging system. Lamps are simply released using the dedicated key, charged on their N1 Charging Base or Tray as usual, and then re-locked when returned to service.
