Since developing our first cordless lamp in 1995, NEOZ has grown from a small Sydney workshop into a globally recognised cordless lighting brand trusted by some of the world's most renowned hotels, restaurants and hospitality groups. Our Sydney headquarters is where design, production and commercial operations come together. We work in close collaboration across teams, which means you're never far from the decisions being made and the problems being solved. We value clear thinking, genuine craftsmanship and people who take pride in their work. Whether you're in engineering developing the next generation of our N1 Cordless Light Engine, in sales building relationships with hospitality clients around the world, or in our warehouse ensuring orders go out exactly right - the standard we hold ourselves to is the same across the board.
