EOFY Promotion – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the NEOZ EOFY Clearance Promotion (the Promotion) and supplement our general Terms of Sale, which continue to apply.

1. Promotional Period

(a) The Promotion runs from Wednesday 13 May 2026 to Tuesday 30 June 2026 inclusive.

(b) Payment in full must be received by NEOZ on or before 30 June 2026 to qualify.

(c) Orders placed under the Promotion will be dispatched no later than Monday 31 August 2026.

2. Eligibility

(a) The Promotion is available to:

• (i) retail, trade, and commercial customers ordering directly through the NEOZ Australia or NEOZ UK sales teams; and
• (ii) retail customers ordering directly from neoz.com, uk.neoz.com, or fr.neoz.com.

(b) Resellers, distributors, and any third parties outside this direct sales network are not eligible.

(c) Delivery is available globally with the exception of the USA. Customers billing or shipping to a USA-based company or address are excluded from the Promotion.

3. Discount Structure

(a) Tiered discounts apply based on the total number of qualifying lamps in a single order.

(b) For the purposes of this clause 3, a "qualifying lamp" means an eligible lamp under clause 5 that is not an excluded product under clause 6 and is not an APEX lamp. Each lamp included in a Set counts as one qualifying lamp; Diffusers purchased separately do not count toward the qualifying quantity.

(c) Promotional discounts apply to the product price only. GST, duties, shipping costs, and any additional fees set out in the Terms of Sale continue to apply in full.

4. APEX Range - Buy One, Get One Free

(a) For the duration of the Promotion, customers purchasing any lamp from the APEX range will receive a second APEX lamp of equal or lesser value free of charge.

(b) APEX Buy One, Get One Free purchases are priced at full retail or full trade pricing, and no further promotional discount applies to APEX lamps.

(c) APEX lamps do not count toward the qualifying quantity for the tiered discount in clause 3, and the tiered discount does not apply to APEX lamps themselves.

(d) Other eligible lamps purchased in the same order will receive the tiered discount based on their qualifying quantity, provided they are not excluded products under clause 6.

5. Eligible Products

(a) The Promotion applies to NEOZ Sets, Lamps, and Diffusers only.

(b) Charging systems and accessories are excluded unless supplied as part of a Set.

6. Excluded Products

(a) The following products are excluded from the Promotion:

• (i) Cooee 2 Silver;
• (ii) Magill;
• (iii) Victoria Leather Sleeve;
• (iv) Albert Aged Brass;
• (v) PRO Light Engines;
• (vi) Medusa;
• (vii) Gem Resin;
• (viii) Ritz;
• (ix) 18K Gold lamps (all variants);
• (x) Bellingen; and
• (xi) all custom products.

7. Stock and Availability

(a) All offers are subject to stock availability.

(b) Stock of some products is limited, and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Combining Offers

(a) Promotional discounts under this Promotion cannot be combined with any other NEOZ offer, voucher, or special pricing arrangement.

(b) The APEX Buy One, Get One Free offer and the tiered discount in clause 3 are both part of this Promotion and may apply to the same order in accordance with clause 4.

9. Currency

(a) NEOZ accepts payment for promotional orders in AUD, USD, GBP, and EUR.

(b) Promotional discounts apply to the price quoted in the customer's billing currency.

10. General

(a) NEOZ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Any such change will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for in full at the time of the change.

(b) NEOZ may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to accept or process any order under the Promotion, including where:

• (i) the Customer does not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2;
• (ii) the order is reasonably suspected to be placed for the purposes of resale or onward distribution in breach of clause 11 of the Terms of Sale; or
• (iii) the order is reasonably suspected to involve circumvention of these terms, including order-splitting, the use of multiple accounts, or other conduct intended to obtain a discount tier the Customer would not otherwise qualify for.

(c) NEOZ may request reasonable evidence of eligibility before processing an order under the Promotion, including proof of trade status, billing address, or country of delivery. NEOZ may decline to process an order where such evidence is not provided on request.

(d) If a pricing, discount, product listing, or other error occurs in connection with the Promotion, NEOZ may correct the error and is not obliged to honour the incorrect price or offer. Where an affected order has already been placed, NEOZ will notify the Customer and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

(f) Nothing in these terms limits, restricts, or excludes any consumer rights or guarantees that apply under applicable law and cannot lawfully be excluded.
