Centralising these parts provides greater transparency around availability and pricing while making the process faster and more convenient for venues and homeowners alike.

Supporting Long-Term Lighting Through Modular Design
Each NEOZ lamp is built from replaceable elements that can be individually upgraded or repaired. Batteries, for example, naturally degrade over time and can be replaced with new units when needed.
Diffusers and lampshades can be replaced if they have been damaged or if a customer wants to refine light softness or adjust the overall look of a space. Charging bases and domes can also be updated over time, allowing lamps to remain efficient and visually consistent across an entire venue.
LED bulbs, however, are different. Under normal conditions, they are designed to last the life of the lamp, equating to 50,000 hours of use. Customers typically only replace bulbs if they have been knocked, dropped, or damaged. By making these bulbs available online alongside other components, we provide clearer access to everything needed to keep a lamp performing as intended.
